Individual Nutrition Counseling

Initial Consultation:  In this first 60-90 minute consultation, you and I will go over your health history, discuss what your goals are and what you are trying to achieve. We will talk about your current eating habits, your food preferences and your cultural food habits. By the end of the session, you will set 1-2 specific goals that align with your health and wellness vision.  This is a good starting point if you are not yet sure about committing to a long term option or you just want to know if you are on the right track with your eating habits.

Follow Up Consultation:  After the initial consult, in this 30-45 minute follow up visit we will review your goals set in your initial visit.  We will discuss what went well, and what you found challenging to achieve. We will end this visit by setting 1-2 new or modified goals to work on. You can always contact me via the Practice Better App between visits when you have questions and I will check on your progress periodically between visits.

Bundle and Save: If you know that you will do far better if you need more than one follow up to reach your health goals, take advantage of my package plan services. You can bundle and save with additional Follow Up Sessions that will provide you extra accountability and solid support needed to reach your long term goals (best results when used within 2-3 months!).

I’ll take you on a 90 minute, private guided grocery store tour at the store of your choice. We’ll go by each department, explore every aisle, look at labels, compare prices, and find the healthiest foods for your diagnosis and overall health and wellness needs.
